We have an urgent requirement for a traditional, experienced and highly skilled Receptionist to work for an incredibly successful, well established and high profile global client in newly refurbished offices in the West End. If you like working in a small team and have very high standards, this is the perfect role for you!
Our client is looking for the utmost professional, beautifully presented, culturally aware and confident individual with a friendly and approachable personality. Whilst ensuring the Reception is covered at all times, you will carry out administrative tasks, cater for meetings and ensure the office is immaculate at all times. When the 3 very high profile Directors visit the London office, you will also support the PA as and when required as it can be extremely busy so you will need to be on the ball.
This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work and likes to give 100% and someone that gives loyalty and dedication which you will be rewarded for. You must have good IT skills along with a professional demeanour and sunny personality.
