Our client, a successful and growing boutique M&A finance house, is looking for a talented organiser to manage their Mayfair office and support the team on a daily basis.
The role will include: arranging diaries and travel for the Partners; preparing marketing material for clients whilst liaising with the Marketing Manager; invoice processing; managing expenses; updating various social media sites and monitoring the CRM database – all the vast array of tasks that need to be accomplished to keep things running smoothly in this fast paced environment. There will also be some HR work that you will have to take care of including: keeping up to date sickness and holiday records; making sure the company benefit’s are kept accordingly and dealing with any HR queries.
This is a varied and exciting role which includes Office Management and HR duties within a small team so it would suit someone who is adaptable and happy to help wherever necessary. An extremely professional environment – therefore, candidates have to be confident, smart and have bags of initiative. An interest in finance and a European language (French/German or Italian) would be advantageous. Needless to say, MS Office Suite needs to be to intermediate to advanced level.
