Leading Management Consultancy based in Central London is looking for a super enthusiastic Team Assistant to support a large team. Looking for someone sassy, confident with excellent communication and secretarial skills. Must be accustomed to working in a fast paced and social environment.

Must be available immediately or a maximum of 1 weeks notice period. Interviews this week/next week !!

Looking for someone who can  hit the ground running with minimal training. Looking for candidates who are confident, proactive, comfortable dealing with and supporting senior people, able to prioritise and juggle multiple tasks, and have strong team working skills.

 

Team Secretary duties will include:

  • Extensive diary management i.e. organising internal and external meetings and ensuring diaries run smoothly, proactively removing clashes from diary
  • Organising domestic and international travel arrangements (including visas)
  • Attending team kick-off meetings
  • Booking taxis and couriers (mainly in London but also across the UK/abroad)
  • Printing and binding of presentations and responsible for ensuring managers have all the relevant documents for their meetings
  • Organising team dinners and events
  • Adhoc duties e.g. submitting timesheets and expenses in a timely manner
  • Providing support for colleagues' managers during times of absence

Essential skills and experience:

  • Administration experience
  • PC literacy especially Outlook/Word/PPT
  • Experience of working within a team environment
  • Experience of working under pressure in a busy, corporate environment
