A Highly entrepreneurial and innovative Human Capital Solutions consultancy based in the City is looking for an EA to support the CEO and team of Senior Consultants. This is a developmental role with lots of scope to get involved in all areas of the business. Having been established in 2012 they are still growing and currently stand at 16 people in the London office but also have a global presence due to business partnering.

This role is really developmental and will suit someone who will grab every opportunity going and there will be plenty! They want someone who is super organised, personable and unflappable. Someone able to be client facing at events, conduct themselves with gravitas and professionalism, be really switched on and think on their feet. Must be able to Interact effectively at all levels especially with very senior executives and represent a highly professional image of the firm to both Clients and Candidates at all times.

 

Key EA duties:

  • Arrange and schedule all meetings, interviews and travel for the team and Clients
  • Ensure all external and internal communication, documentation and data entry is conducted and executed with the highest standards of quality.
  • Act as the project coordinator for each search assignment or business development project, helping to ensure these progress through their various phases to successful completion.
  • Diarise briefing meetings with the client
  • Gather information on the client company, assemble into information packs, and send to prospective candidates
  •  Make complex travel arrangements where necessary
  •  Ensure all paperwork such as reports and presentations are correct and sent to the client in a timely fashion
  •  Prompt the team as necessary to make sure the search is on track and deadlines will be met 
  •  Log all information received from and correspondence are logged on the database
  • Take appropriate action in the absence of team members i.e. relaying messages as appropriate and assisting callers
  • Produce PowerPoint capability documents for pitches
  • Gather information required for pitches
  • Diarise business development meetings and functions
  • Log all business development, marketing and pitch information on database
  • Support the organisation and delivery of firm-wide events
  • Manage the PR firm’s relationship with and filter what goes out to whom within the company
  • Contribute to the intellectual property of the firm by the continuous improvement of the information held on database platforms
  • Provide back up for other PA absences and holidays; act to support the PA peer group especially with new starters
  • Help with the implementation of new systems and procedures.

The ideal candidate must have relevant PA/EA experience working in a client facing environment. Must have excellent verbal and written skills.  Must have Pleasant phone manner, good communication skills, articulate and resourceful.
