A prestigious property developer based in Central London is looking for a FOH/Hospitality Coordinator. Looking for someone with a mature attitude, credible, articulate and well spoken, perhaps a PA looking for a change of pace or someone from a hospitality/airlines background looking for a FOH role where they can be a real ambassador who will act as a true hospitality person and go the extra mile.

Although not officially an Office Manager, they will be ensuring all supplies are purchased, liaise with the building managers etc. Will be first aider, ensuring everything generally runs smoothly and being the go-to person for the office.

The role will be to meet and greet, organise meeting rooms, ensure preparation and replenishment of refreshments whilst taking ownership and pride.

Key duties:

  • Welcoming all visitors in a courteous and efficient manner
  • Ordering couriers/taxis where applicable
  • Handle all phone calls at Reception professionally and speedily, answering queries where possible or transferring the call to the appropriate personnel;
  • Organising and coordinating meetings to ensure rooms are booked, refreshments are provided and catering is ordered (breakfast, lunch, etc.) if required; 
  • Ensuring the highest standard of cleanliness and presentation of the Reception desks and meeting rooms;
  • Organising all incoming and outgoing mail and ensuring mail is distributed to appropriate departments;
  • Working effectively with other Receptionists and PA/Administrators within the Company to ensure a consistent and efficient administrative service is provided at all times.
  • Managing magazine subscriptions
  • Monitoring and ordering stationery and office supplies as and when required to ensure the smooth running of the office;
  • Taking responsibility for maintaining high standards within the office environment by acting as the main point of contact for any office facilities related issues.
  • Overseeing the leases and contracts for the office i.e. franking machine, coffee machine, fire extinguishers- Liaising with contractors as necessary to promptly address any facilities related issues;
  • Liaising with the Building Manager as necessary to ensure high standards are maintained within the common areas of the building;
