A leading management consultancy in the heart of London is looking for a HR Assistant. This is a 3- 6 month contract/temporary assignment. Strong possibility of a longer term opportunities.

Key duties:

  • Generating and administering new hire documentation, offer letters and all leaver documentation
  • Assisting in updating of Policies & Procedures
  • Responding to all reference requests for past employees in a timely manner
  • Working closely with Recruitment department
  • Researching enquiries on UK employment legislation
  • Maintaining database and PeopleSoft
  • Supporting benefits administration including implementation of new benefits
  • Assisting operations with responding to payroll and benefit queries
  • Assisting with the maintenance of the Operations Trackers & monthly payroll entry
  • Assisting with maintenance of the HR Operations inbox
  • Requesting and processing Background checks
  • Assisting with the maintenance of the holiday tracking for London Employees

Will suit someone who has worked in a professional services environment, who has strong administration skills and an interest in HR. Any HR experience would be beneficial but not essential. Must have strong technical skills. Starting end of May/beginning of June.
