Learning and Development/Pensions Co-ordinator

Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure all learning and pensions records are up to date and accurate
  • Meeting coaches, external trainers and setting up sessions
  • Produce monthly and ad hoc reports of L&D and pensions data
  • Data entry and analysis, particularly of the appraisal data and feedback reports
  • All event management for L&D courses, including arranging venues, catering, facilities, layout and AV support
  • Co-ordination of new starter documentation, preparation of induction packs and booking onto courses
  • Researching training providers
  • Build relationships across the organisation with key stakeholders

    SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Good knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, advanced Excel and PowerPoint as well as the use of the Internet

GCSE Maths and English

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Numerate with the ability to analyse data
  • Team player – able to build good relationships with a wide range of people
  • Experience of working with a variety of people in a customer service oriented role including ability to deal quickly and efficiently with queries either by telephone, email or face-to-face
  • Ability to deal with confidential information
  • Interest in learning and development
