Learning and Development/Pensions Co-ordinator

Job Responsibilities
- Ensure all learning and pensions records are up to date and accurate
- Meeting coaches, external trainers and setting up sessions
- Produce monthly and ad hoc reports of L&D and pensions data
- Data entry and analysis, particularly of the appraisal data and feedback reports
- All event management for L&D courses, including arranging venues, catering, facilities, layout and AV support
- Co-ordination of new starter documentation, preparation of induction packs and booking onto courses
- Researching training providers
- Build relationships across the organisation with key stakeholders
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Good knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, advanced Excel and PowerPoint as well as the use of the Internet
GCSE Maths and English
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Numerate with the ability to analyse data
- Team player – able to build good relationships with a wide range of people
- Experience of working with a variety of people in a customer service oriented role including ability to deal quickly and efficiently with queries either by telephone, email or face-to-face
- Ability to deal with confidential information
- Interest in learning and development
