A boutique insolvency practice based in the City is looking for an Office Administrator. Great career opportunity to become a Case Administrator further down the line so looking for someone with a good telephone manner, ability to deal with clients and able to support the Case Managers with a variety of tasks.
Office Administrator Key Duties
- Retrieve daily post and hand to partner
- Maintain office filing
- Parcels & letters sent by courier or taxi
- All call answering (where possible) and retrieving answer-phone messages
- Inventorying books and records received
- Arranging for closed case files to be sent off to storage
- Everyday errands and assisting other staff with any other duties when requested
- Sending circulars
- Carry out case related duties, as requested by appointed Manager (i.e. creditor send outs, drafting reports, investigations)
- Ensure office is supplies and stationery are available,
- Case set up
- Creditor enquiries
- Maintain diary lines and case related spreadsheets
- Reorganising files in cabinet to create space, if required
Must have at least 6 months experience within an insolvency or professional services environment as an Office Administrator.
