Fantastic opportunity to work for a leading, high profile, property firm in the heart of Mayfair as an EA to the Group Finance Director.

This is a 1:1 EA role, enhancing the Group Finance Director’s effectiveness and efficiency by providing full organisation, information and management support.

 

 

Meetings, diary management and travel:

  • Arrange and coordinate meetings, video conferences and calls (internal and external), including co-ordination of meetings with Group CEO, Operating Company CEOs and Finance Directors
  • Convey clear information for all meetings, providing all appropriate papers/agendas in a timely manner
  • Plan and book all travel arrangements and hospitality (both local and international)

 

 

Correspondence, reports and presentations:

  • Support the Group Finance Director with the preparation of board papers and reports, ensuring accuracy, high quality presentation in all work and be aware at all times of the position of reports being prepared for the Group Finance Director
  • Assist with letters, reports, PowerPoint presentations etc.
  • Review emails, responding on the Group Finance Director’s behalf, delegating where necessary and highlighting those of high importance

 

 

Management support:

  • On behalf of the Group Finance Director, provide liaison between the Operating Company Finance Directors, key executives, and Holding Company team
  • On behalf of the Group Finance Director welcome visitors, review correspondence; arrange company dinners / events and other corporate functions, answer questions and meeting requests directed to the Group Finance Director

 

The ideal candidate would have:

  • Previous experience of working as a PA at board level
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to organise others and demonstrate a proactive approach to work
  • Advanced level Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Previous work in Finance is an extra bonus
