EA to Global Leader – High Profile Consultancy. Amazing Executive Assistant role working for a Senior Partner/Global Sector Leader – he is a real mover and shaker. Inspirational guy, a true leader and highly regarded in his field both internally and externally. His role is two-fold covering both the client and internal area. 55% client – he works with high profile clients on a global scale, handling highly confidential transactions. He has strong relationships with the CEOs of these top clients and expects his EA to build good relationships with the clients EA’s too. 45% is internal – He attends ExCo meetings, Board meetings etc and is involved in extensive high level business decisions on a global scale. He has a small yet close knit team who work together in the office so his EA is an integral member of the success story. The role involves extensive travel co-ordination, last minute changes, multi-trips and global meetings. The role will incorporate all areas of support, extensive diary management and meeting co-ordination, relationship building with key stakeholders both inside and outside of the business. Strong powers of persuasion needed! He expects his EA to build good relationships with the clients EA’s too and the role is highly client facing. Needs someone who will quickly learn who are the key stakeholders, who to go to to get answers and get the job done. His EA will need to be polished and bright, used to extensive global travel and meeting co-ordination, a true ambassador who likes the status that goes with it and can schmooze clients and their EA’s to get what they want. There’s little document production, the role is all about relationships and organisation, taking responsibility for assignments and him as an individual. Important that his EA is confident, someone who will push back, is fairly direct and used to senior level roles. He needs a career PA who displays gravitas, amazing communication skills who really enjoys their trade. An easy-going nature essential, flexibility and good all-round technical skills are essential. Realistic hours are 8am- 6.30pm - He is an early riser and the ideal candidate must be flexible with working hours.
