Our client are a Legal Specialists based in beautiful offices in London Bridge. They're looking for an experienced and professional PA to provide seamless support to their Lawyers whilst on assignments. 

You will be responsible for ensuring the Lawyers are given the best possible start to their assignments, using your expertise and knowledge to support them through each assignment. Whether this is working with Lawyers the team have worked with before or new Lawyers, you must be flexible and adaptable and willing to go the extra mile in helping with whatever they need to get ready for their assignment. 

You will be joining a supportive team of 8 PA/Administrators however will be responsible for your own workload being completed on time and to a very high standard.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Dealing with incoming Lawyer enquires
  • Preparing documentation, including contracts
  • Building relationships with the companies pool of Lawyers
  • You will be the dedicated point of contact for anything that comes up during their assignment. This will include overseeing the Lawyer feedback process, ensuring the feedback is used in the best possible way for their development and future potential with other clients
  • Working with the client solutions team on assignment extensions an finishes
  • Ensuring systems are up to date with contact and other information
  • Offering input on ways to make processes more efficient
  • Diary management for the management team and arranging meetings
  • Arranging travel bookings
  • Organising events for clients and Lawyers
  • Being available to respond to the main phone lines with a professional response

They are looking for someone open minded who thrives on learning and engaging in a busy team. You must have a general interest in the changing legal market and a desire to take the time to develop long term relationships.

  • Strong organisational skills and eye for detail
  • Ability to take ownership of tasks, using your own initiative with a focus on the end result
  • Fantastic communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships, both internally and externally
  • You must be emotionally intelligent with the ability to make wise decisions
  • You must be open minded and have the creative ability to find a solution even if it isn't obvious
  • Computer literate with strong Microsoft skills
