Our client are an Asset Management company based close to Bank station. They are looking for an Implementation Executive to join their Client Implementation team. This is an on-going temporary position.

The team are responsible for providing a seamless end-to-end client on-boarding and change management service to the business, supporting the full range of services and products offered by the company.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Coordinating the implementation of new client mandates and existing client account amendments in a timely manner, ensuring that all legal, operational and transitional requirements are completed and it is line with other business areas
  • Ensuring that all teams are notified of and approve client requirements which have an implication for their function
  • To develop a clear understanding of the function of all business areas within the company. To build and maintain a network of strong working relationships across the business
  • Acting as an implementation consultant to the relationship teams, proving an understanding of the client’s decision making process and investment needs.
  • Managing expectations around implementation timeframes and communicating potential derailers, key dependencies and considerations
  • Attending or facilitating internal and external conference calls and meetings to advise on any implementation plans, providing progress updates and highlighting any outstanding actions
  • Working with product specialists or project teams to design specific proposals and investment products. Ensuring these are in line with existing business processes and procedures
  • Responsible for drafting and providing final quality checks on legal and fund documentation
  • Maintaining, designing and developing business processes and procedures. Creating best practice standards to be applied consistently to all mandates
  • Reducing key-man reliance/risk within the business by up-skilling other staff members to develop similar levels of client on-boarding
  • Working with product specialist on the launch of new products to define requirements and ensure these are in line with existing processes and procedures
  • Providing ad-hoc support to the Solutions and Distributions teams when necessary to support the expansion and evolution of the business from and implementation perspective

They are looking for someone who is broadly knowledgeable with the range of product structures, financial instruments and investment strategies operated within a leading Asset Management firm. You must have a strong understanding of scheme arrangements and fund offerings including the administration of member records and payroll contributions.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience within Asset/Investment Management, in a client relationship management/servicing area
  • Proven track record of dealing with and building relationships with external clients
  • Experience drafting legal documentation
  • Previous management experience
  • Strong general investment knowledge, and knowledge of current investment, market and economic issues
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Understanding of FCA regulations
  • Excellent IT skills
