Our client are a telecommunications company based in Woodford, Essex. They are looking for a Customer Administrator to join their growing team.

You will be joining the team that is designated to support existing customers with queries and offering them new products and services.

Other responsibilities include:

  • To retain customers wishing to leave
  • To seek customer referrals
  • Make appointments for the Business Development Directors
  • Manage the company database to ensure all new records are added and existing ones maintained
  • Generate weekly activity and sales forecast reports
  • Working closely with all relevant internal departments
  • Attending training sessions as and when required
  • Undertaking other duties as and when required

They are looking for someone confident and ambitious who would like to grow within the company. This is a busy office so you must have proven ability of thriving in a similar environment.

Requirements:

  • Previous administration experience
  • Previous customer service/customer support experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent IT skills, proficient in all Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
