Our client are a Financial Services company in Londons West End. They’re looking for an experienced and professional Team PA to join their rapidly growing team. This position is to support a sales team and the marketing team. You will report into the VP of sales.
This is a really exciting and varied role and is perfect for someone who is looking for the next step in their career.
Duties will include but are not limited to…
- Diary management
- Organising meetings
- Helping to arrange events for the team
- Assisting with marketing
- Liaising with existing clients and chasing for information
- Ensuring that Sales Force is kept up to date with client information
- Sales force reporting and follow up of actions not complete
- Preparing documents for bids, sales meetings and marketing content
- Assisting teams with any and all admin tasks
Hours are 9am – 6pm, with the opportunity to work from home on Mondays and Fridays with some flexibility.
They are ideally looking for someone who has previous experience using Sales Force.
Other requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Highly organised
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, especially in PowerPoint
- Ability to prioritise own workload and self-motivate
- Friendly and approachable
