Our client are a leading Investment Management company based in the heart of the City, they need a temporary PA to join their Property department. This is an on-going temporary position so you must be available immediately and able to commit. They are looking for someone who is very hardworking, competent and who can work as part of a very successful team.

Duties include:

  • Manage the teams’ diaries, initiating and arranging meetings in an interactive manner, including regular update meetings with other members of the team as appropriate.
  • Take minutes where appropriate at meetings
  • Manage their teams’ attendance at internal/external meetings, presentations and seminars with timely reminders.
  • Prepare and provide relevant papers for all meetings as required
  • Produce Quarterly Reports for the funds within the teams
  • Produce and co-ordinate client presentations/reports as and when required to a high standard within tight timeframes
  • Undertaken signing and sealing activities
  • Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including prioritising, copying and distributing papers as appropriate.
  • Should be able to draft (to a high standard) correspondence on behalf of their teams
  • Filter and manage the team’s telephone calls effectively.
  • Ability to deal with enquiries to the best of their knowledge and escalate where unable to close down a query
  • Maintain paper and electronic filing systems Arrange travel, car hire and accommodation as appropriate for business trips Ensure team invoices are paid on time and tracked appropriately Deal with and complete any other ad hoc problems/projects that may arise from time-to-time 

Requirements:

  • In depth experience within the industry is essential
  • Intermediate/advanced levels of proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • High levels of accuracy and strong attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High levels of organisation with the ability to prioritise workload
