Legal PA In Project Finance

Our client, a reputable US law firm, are now looking to recruit a Practice Coordinator to join their Project Finance team in an exciting role. This is a great opportunity for an established PA/ EA to move into a dynamic role and really get stuck in!

Typical duties will include:

• Providing legal secretarial support at Partner level
• Extensive travel booking included producing detailed itineraries
• Diary management
• Monitoring inboxes of Partners/ Associates
• Producing expense reports
• Providing in depth billing support
• Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence

The successful candidate should:

• Have at least 5 years’ experience, ideally from within US firms
• Have excellent communication skills
• Have ILEX/ Legal Secretary Diploma
• Have the ability to work unsupervised in a meticulous manner
• Be able to work of own initiative and handle responsibilities
