The CEO of an exciting newly branded arm of a highly reputable nationwide firm in the construction/property industry requires a suitably experienced PA used to, and happy with, the traditional aspects of a senior secretarial job.  Based in their new West End office within this supportive and welcoming firm, you will be fully responsible for a range of tasks including extensive diary management and the coordination of numerous meetings (both internal and external), board papers, taking and distributing minutes, preparation of reports and meeting briefs,  organisation of hospitality and events, filing and expense management.

The CEO will rely on you fully to ensure the administrative function runs effectively and the environment is such that you will be required to cover for your fellow Executive PAs (on occasion).

This position requires absolute attention to detail, accuracy, superb organisational skills and the ability to preempt and work in a proactive manner.  We are looking for someone who places value on getting the little things right and handling every aspect of their boss’s day from the mundane to the high profile with the same positivity and enthusiasm.

In order to have achieved the level of experience required to succeed in this job, you will have a minimum of five years of senior PA experience, ideally gained within the construction or property industry. A wonderful opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their support career.
