Our client creates, markets and delivers a wide and ever expanding range of digital training programmes to companies and individuals around the globe.

Due to the growth of the business, this is a new role focused on making sure that everything runs smoothly and that all those involved have a positive and successful learning experience. 

You will have line management responsibility for four members of staff and as a group you will oversee the delivery of bespoke training programmes, managing the process to ensure that deadlines and the highest customer service levels are met. Responsibilities will include:

  • providing leadership to your team
  • tracking costs of delivery
  • assisting in development of course ideas
  • involvement with internal recruitment and training

This is a high volume, deadline driven role and a fantastic opportunity for an individual who is looking to work with a dynamic, professional and dedicated team.

Strong administrative experience gained in a customer service environment is a MUST for this role.  Previous people management experience is not essential but we will need you to be able to demonstrate the skills and attributes required to motivate and manage a team.

Skills
- Strong MS Office skills (specifically Excel and PowerPoint)
- Experience of project management tools would be advantageous
- Knowledge (or a keen interest) in digital or E-learning
- Experience of managing / facilitating group work highly desirable
