We have an exciting (and newly created) opportunity for a Training Team Administrator to join a fun, friendly and successful business.  Due to the high volume workload, we are looking for a bright and flexible individual to support the team of Coordinators, allowing them to further grow and expand their City office. If building a career within L&D appeals, this could be the role for you!

Duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Printing and binding of documents and training materials
  • Tracking and ensuring parcels have arrived at venues/ events
  • Managing the CRM system ensuring information is accurate and regularly updated
  • Client liaison - speaking to clients and sharing information with the sales team
  • Running weekly and monthly reports
  • Collating training evaluations feedback
  • Monitoring stock levels
  • Any other ad hoc routine task as required.

Skills and experience:

The ideal candidate should have some experience of working in a commercial environment within a customer service / sales role. An understanding of HR and L&D/training sectors would be preferable.
