This is a new role for a specialist private equity firm experiencing a period of rapid growth.  They are incredibly busy!

This role will be split 50:50 between supporting the Office Manager/Executive Assistant to the CEO and supporting the in-house Accountant who runs the accounts function supporting the investment team.

  • on the office management side - helping to organise travel, deal with suppliers, maintain stocks within the office and handle all general administration for the company
  • on the accounts side - helping to produce expense reports, process invoices, prepare re-invoicing and other figure driven schedules

No accounts experience is necessary, but we will look for someone who is comfortably numerate.  Attention to detail and a tidy, organised approach is vital in both aspects of this job.  They are a tight, efficient and lovely ship - this will be their newest crew member and they want someone who will respect and enhance the standards that they all work to.

The level of experience is very open; more important is finding someone who wants to learn and become an integral part of a successful and friendly team. It is a very close knit team who all work extremely hard and exude professionalism; everyone feels very close to the business.  They are looking for someone who will be excited to share the journey.
