Highly reputable nationwide firm require an experienced PA to support the CEO.  Based in their new West End office within this supportive and welcoming firm, you will be fully responsible for a range of tasks including extensive diary management and the coordination of numerous meetings (both internal and external), board papers, take and distribute minutes, preparation of reports and meeting briefs,  hospitality and event coordination, filing and expense management.

The CEO will rely on you fully to ensure the administrative function runs effectively and the environment is such that you will be required to cover for your fellow Executive PAs (on occasion.

This position requires absolute attention to detail, accuracy, superb organisational skills and the ability to pre-empt and work in a proactive manner.

Ideally you will have a minimum of 5 years previous PA experience, gained within the construction/property industry. A wonderful opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their support career.
