Start-up technology firm is looking for an Office Coordinator to support the business whilst the permanent Office Manager is on annual leave. You will have a variety of responsibilities and as such, the successful candidate should have a flexible approach, great IT skills and be happy to use their initiative. As sole office support, you should expect to answer incoming calls, process invoices and expenses, ensure the kitchen is fully stocked and generally ensure the day to day smooth running of the office.
Hours 8.30am – 12.30pm (with potential need for flexibility according to the needs of the business)
Skills:
- Must have a minimum of 1-2 years relevant experience.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office
