Ongoing temporary role - Global Asset Management firm seeks an HR Administrator to join their team. The ideal candidate will be quick to pick up their systems and enjoy managing a high volume and varied workload. As it can be quite busy this opportunity would most certainly suit an assistant with great attention to detail and strong communication skills. Ideally, the successful individual will also have previous HR Administrative experience.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a smart and positive HR Assistant to join a friendly, supportive team. In addition to managing routine administrative talks there is a lot of scope to get involved with a variety of departmental projects.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing annual and sickness leave records
  • Filing of HR documentation and records maintenance
  • Payroll duties
    Induction of new starters and following process for leavers
  • Recruitment coordination
  • Involvement with a range of ad hoc projects as they arise.

Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR or related field
  • Previous experience of working in Human Resources within asset management or financial services
  • Ability to work well within a busy, deadline driven environment
  • Excel experience (data management)
  • German language skills desirable but not essential
