We are looking for an Office Administrator to join a boutique, friendly and well-established PR consultancy. The team is very supportive and approachable! This role is perfect for someone that likes a varied role and enjoys supporting a team.

You will be looking after the general running of the office as well as organising international training courses and producing media reports.

What we are looking for:

  • A strong work ethic with an ability to take ownership of tasks
  • Good attention to detail, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to work independently, show initiative and prioritise various work streams
  • An enthusiastic approach and be eager to learn

Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day running of the office
  • Bookkeeping (in £ and $)
  • Organising international training courses (booking travel, organising venue and travel)
  • Producing reports for clients
  • Maintaining databases
