Exciting tech start-up company is currently hiring an EA to join their NY Head Offices. The Executive Assistant will support 1:1 at a senior level and be deeply involved in the CEO’s workflow; being a part of live deals, product ideas, partnership development and internal/external stakeholder relations. You will be responsible for a wide-range of administrative functions requiring the highest levels of accountability and confidentiality.

This EA role will represent the Founder’s office in a discreet, professional manner at all times to staff, investors, Board members and Exec team. Working with a team that is focused, passionate and engaging, we are looking for like-minded individuals who care about their role and take an interest in the organisation.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Act as a point of contact between senior management, employees and other stakeholders
  • Participate in strategic and tactical business planning & implementation, requiring close communication and interaction with staff
  • Responding to all incoming emails, phone calls, and other communications
  • Extensive diary and travel management for both business and personal when required
  • Preparing documents for presentations
  • Accompany the CEO on most meetings including travelling internationally, managing question and work flows
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with key leadership contacts including Board members, clients, partners and other relevant networks

About you and your qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience within the tech industry would be advantageous
  • A strategic planner with sound technology skills, analytical ability, good judgment and strong operational focus
  • Proven business acumen based on a broad understanding of all aspects of business
  • Exemplary ability to understand the interests of the parties working with the CEO
  • Excellent communication skills, the ability to multi-task and solid leadership skills
