TEAM PA - ADVERTISING

A rare and hugely exciting role for a Team PA to join a worldwide media empire in a fast paced and varied role! The successful PA will be supporting 5 departments heads within the advertising department, and offering general support for the wider advertising team, working within a fast paced and fun environment.

Duties will include (but are not limited to);

• Provide solid PA support and a first class service
• Manage inboxes and field as necessary
• Book domestic and international travel, create itineraries
• Provide ad hoc support (travel, meetings etc.) for wider advertising team.
• Extensive diary management
• Preparation of PowerPoint presentations
• Assisting with Events

We are looking for an ambitious, super organised, friendly yet professional PA who has the ability to juggle a multitude of tasks.  The ideal person will come with media/agency or creative experience and be free immediately (although we will wait for the right person) if this is you, do not delay and email me your CV today!
