Data Operations Coordinator

Excellent role for a detail oriented, dedicated and positive person to join an International, world renowned music label as a Data Operation Coordinator.  This is a dual role 60% will be on projects related to the global product data management process/systems, 40% will be providing PA support to the team. So the ideal person will be comfortable dealing with PA duties as well as possessing some good data/project experience.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Assist with Product Data Management activities of the UK and US Product Data Management Centre

• Assist with establishing product data standards in partnership with other Product Data Management personnel

• Contribute as needed to IT projects impacting the Label Copy application

• Assist with special project work relating to the maintenance of product data within WMG

• PA support to the leadership team, including meeting scheduling and diary management

• Travel management for the department, including overseas travel arrangements, accommodation bookings etc.

• Processing expenses for the department

• Managing small to medium size projects as required by the leadership team

The successful person will be dedicated, positive, diligent, open to learning with excellent co-ordination and prioritisation skills.  The ability to assist in the preparation of PowerPoint documents and demonstrate project management experience is key.   You will be detail oriented – excellent level of accuracy and consistency and experience of data management is preferable.  Do not delay and email me your CV today!
