Team Assistant

Our client, a leading professional services firm is looking for Team Assistants to join their lovely team. Based in stunning West End offices this is a fantastic opportunity to work within a company that really look after their staff. Our client is looking to take on three candidates, one as an ongoing temp, one in a three-month contract and one permanently. The Team Assistant duties include: extensive diary management, organising meetings, arranging travel and putting through expenses. There are also opportunities to get involved in both events and marketing! The office is a very professional environment and the Team Assistants all work together as a network. Our client is looking for someone who can get started immediately and is able to hit the ground running.
