EA to CEO

We are looking for an exceptional EA to support the CEO of hugely successful global luxury brand. This company have a presence both in the UK, USA and around the globe and therefore the CEO needs an EA that is used to working in a similar environment, working across different time zones. The CEO is extremely busy and time poor and requires a competent and experienced EA who can control his diary, manage his inbox, assist him with time management and where necessary accompany him to meetings and take notes on his behalf. 

The CEO is hugely dynamic and he is extremely passionate about the company and industry.   He is seeking an EA with gravitas who can act as his true assistant acting in an ambassadorial manner in his absence.  This is a fun office, with a flat structure. It has a hard working but equally calm culture with open door policy.  Everyone is passionate about the brand and they encourage a true team culture. 

The successful EA will ideally have experience of working in a similar, hardworking environment where everyone rolls up their sleeves.   You will need to demonstrate that you are used to working in a demanding environment where you have juggling many balls.   You should be calm, unflappable and always professional.  This is a true once in a life time opportunity working for an inspirational boss within a very prestigious firm.
