Greek speaking EA to MD

We are looking for a Greek speaker to be the EA to a very successful Managing Director of a property development company based in the heart of Mayfair!  As the EA, you will be responsible for managing the Managing Director’s time including; heavy diary management, travel arrangements, anticipating changes and liaising with clients, Board papers, inbox management,  expenses, office management and personal PA duties as required.  This Managing Director is incredible busy but time poor and he needs an EA who can manage him effectively and assist him whilst the company goes through an exciting time of development.  The office is busy, buzzy and fast paced; they are looking for an EA who will work with them and help them with their successes.  The company has a lovely family feel and the Managing Director is looking for an EA who is looking to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
