Events and Operations - Start Up

We have the most fantastic opportunity for bright and motivated candidates not necessarily looking for a traditional admin role. As Operations Assistant within a boutique start up, this Assistant will have exposure to events and will be running with projects single-handedly on a regular basis. This is such a people-facing role with plenty of different parts of the business for this keen Assistant to get their hands dirty with. The offices are creative and quirky and are shared with lots of other start-ups so this Assistant will feel like they’re part of a huge organisation. This is a very entrepreneurial organisation with an impressive Board of Directors and solid backing. Due to the nature of the events, this Assistant will be required to work evenings and Saturdays occasionally, however the company are generous and will always give the next working day off in lieu. This really is a one off opportunity for bright and conscientious candidates to carve a career and learn from the best!
