Our client, a fast-growing UK fund management business, is looking for a recruitment coordinator to join their team on a temporary basis.

You will be a part of the Recruitment team which plays an integral part in the growth story of the firm and you will have the opportunity to play a really key part in helping with that growth. You will support the recruitment team and, occasionally the wider Human Resources department and be responsible for the end to end administration of the recruitment process across the business.

This is a really busy and fast paced role that enables you to build great relationships with the team and the business. You will also be the key in building great partnerships with recruitment agencies, reference checking companies and candidates.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating and scheduling interviews
  • Managing busy diaries and scheduling sometimes complex interviews
  • Maintaining relationship management with internal business areas, interviewers, recruitment agencies and direct and employee referral candidates
  • Reporting and tracking of candidates within the interview process
  • Becoming a super-user of the Applicant Tracking System and generating regular reports and analysis to help to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment function
  • Generating candidate contracts and managing general on-boarding
  • Assisting with ad-hoc project work including agency events, interview training projects and system work
  • Assisting with reviewing advert response, short listing CVs and conducting initial telephone interviews with prospective candidates when time allows
  • Juggling calendars and ensuring interviews can take place as quickly as possible
  • Assisting with new starter administration and onboarding
  • Managing human resources data entry via select human resources systems
  • Managing electronic and hard copy files
  • Processing reference checks
  • Processing P45 and P46 forms

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Working within a busy people focused administrative role in the past ideally within a recruitment environment
  • Juggling a busy workload and managing to keep calm even when under pressure
  • Meticulous and hate mistakes
  • Excel is definitely not a foreign language to you; analysing and interpreting data in a way that will create efficiencies comes naturally
  • Building rapport quickly with colleagues and candidates alike
