Our client, a global alternative investment firm is looking for a Receptionist/Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. This is an opportunity to join a fast paced and growing firm, managing the reception area and working closely with the Office Manager to ensure the smooth running of the office. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a high performing administration team.

Responsibilities:

  • Meeting and greeting visitors
  • Answering phones
  • Setting up meeting rooms and video conferences
  • Providing refreshments for meetings and arranging catering as required
  • Ensuring that meeting rooms are presentable and are stocked and cleared down for all meetings.
  • Looking after all incoming and outgoing post and assisting with courier collections and deliveries
  • Scheduling and conducting office inductions for new starters and organising access cards for visitors
  • Supporting the Office Manager with identifying and addressing office facility issues
  • Building relationships with external suppliers
  • Processing monthly staff expenses
  • Assisting with administrative tasks including printing, filing and data entry
  • Supporting the broader administration team with ad-hoc duties

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Good Microsoft Office knowledge
  • Previous corporate reception experience
  • Good communication skills
  • Highly efficient, organised and well presented
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Enthusiastic can-do attitude and friendly personality
