Our clients, one of the leading online community message and ad platforms are looking for a Sales Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. You will be performing administrative tasks to aid the sales team with their daily activities and contribute to the management of key client campaigns.

You will be provided training, insight and support on correct system usage. Your role is to enhance the Sales Operations team's capability by assisting with all requests in a timely manner and supporting the overall needs of the Management team.

Responsibilities:

  • Working within the team in a Sales Support capacity
  • Supporting the Sales Support Manager with the day-to-day running of Sales Operations
  • Acting upon all requests and queries from the Telesales, Fieldsales and Finance agents as per agreed Service Level Agreements
  • Supporting the production of daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly Excel reporting and commentary for the Sales Manager
  • Checking deal details for the Jobs and Property Sales Teams including recording and reporting any discrepancies to the Sales Support Manager
  • Creating systems training guides and delivering group sessions on best practice and the use of the system
  • Managing and delivering an end-to-end campaign service for key clients within service level agreements including the posting and promoting of adverts and assigning tracking systems
  • Assisting the management and the Sales Support Team with additional duties as assigned

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent level of qualification
  • Office or administration experience is preferable
  • Experience of Salesforce or other CRM systems will be beneficial
  • Strong interpersonal skill
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Quick learner, keen to expand knowledge
  • Self-motivated, good team player
  • Confident with IT and the basic office software packages
