Our client, online specialists providing business payroll software and accountancy solutions are looking for an office administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Providing overall administration support to the team
  • Managing and maintaining supplier relationships
  • Maintaining the IT budget spreadsheet through-out the year
  • Organising and attending internal meetings, workshops and events
  • Taking minutes and distributing the internally
  • Managing logistics and the day-to-day maintenance of the company mobile phones contract with the current network provider
  • Processing invoice reconciliation to keep the monthly spend under agreed budget, investigating the high spenders and addressing the issue with spender as well as management
  • Arranging couriers and urgent postal requests
  • Liaising with the front desk
  • Providing on-going support with front desk operations
  • Providing general office administration
  • Stepping-in to cover the absences and busy schedules in office administration team
  • Providing diary management
