Our client, a leading global management consulting firm and the world's leading advisor on business strategy are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis. You will be responsible for supporting the experienced hiring recruiting team and act as a flexible resource to support two experienced hiring recruiters across the junior and senior level hiring activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing overall direct assistance to both the experienced hiring recruiters in accordance with recruiting cycles, campaigns and activities
  • Coordinating and collaborating with recruiters to assist with end-to-end campaign delivery
  • Providing pro-active support enabling the team to deliver a best-in-class service to both candidates and internal stakeholders
  • Supporting recruiters in screening CVs and tracking information
  • Relaying screening feedback to both candidates and agencies
  • Participating in role briefing meetings, both with partners and external agencies and headhunters as require
  • Taking full ownership, with the support of the recruiters, for scheduling interviews internally and with external agents and directly with candidates
  • Taking responsibility to maintain and update several key excel tracking files with the ability to quickly access and extract data from the files as needed
  • Updating candidate records in the recruiting IT databases ART and STARS
  • Managing the experienced hiring email queries in the London Recruiting mailbox
  • Supporting all campaign administration including creating materials for candidates and interviewers
  • Tracking interview feedback and timely input into the recruiting database and providing feedback to candidates after interviews
  • Managing candidate expenses, offering pack preparation, conversion events and all other post campaign administration tasks
  • Assisting in the preparation and attendance of experienced hiring recruiting events
  • Building direct relationships with agents and candidates and building a recruiting network
  • Assisting the head of recruiting and recruiters in any ad-hoc requests including collating information for analysis or meeting preparation

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Degree level educated to a 2:1 level
  • Experience within a service orientated or professional services environment preferred
  • Being able to communicate effectively with the team and the recruitment stakeholders, as well as building rapport with the candidates and external agencies
  • Ability to plan and manage workload and to navigate a broad range of matters in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Self-motivated and committed
  • Pro-active, responsible and accountable for work
  • Willingness to go the extra mile and provide a first class service to the team and business
