Our client, global leaders in the technology and online industry are looking for an EA to join their team on a temporary basis. You will be supporting three directors in the large customer sales organisation and must have solid experience supporting a senior level Executive. You will be the heart of the team's business operations and activities and the soul that keeps the team moving forward. You are someone who anticipates the needs of managers and team members and assists them in staying focused on projects by resolving operational and administrative issues before they arise.

Responsibilities:

  • Performing an extensive array of administrative tasks
  • Managing calendar bookings
  • Booking extensive international travel
  • Booking facilities and equipment
  • Processing expenses for multiple managers
  • Providing strategic support including evaluating data or resolving minor operational issues with manager's guidance
  • Interacting with high-level executives both internal or external
  • Performing flawlessly and professionally in a fast-paced environment
  • Organising offsite and internal events for the directors and their clients in the United Kingdom and internationally

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Very strong organisational skills to act fast with an attention to detail and a proven ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective communication skills including the ability to communicate and collaborate with a diverse range of people across job functions
  • Expectation of complete confidentiality on all business matters
  • Experience with calendar management, high-volume travel scheduling and booking and budgeting of events
  • Experience of communication at high level with executives and senior officials
  • A self-starter who can recognise where processes can be improved and takes the initiative to improve them
  • Strong business judgement, professional etiquette and organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task, and work efficiently in a high-paced environment
