Team Assistant for Internal Commuications and Marketing - Private Equity

Private Equity Firm Team Assistant City of London Temp-Perm £14-17 ph. The role: In this position you will be part of Communications team, which operates from London and Switzerland. We are in charge of the firm's external and internal communications, including public relations and investor relations. You will have the following responsibilities: •Organisation, preparation and follow-up of calls and meetings •Drafting and editing of press and investor relations material •Preparation of presentation material in Power Point •Printing and binding of presentations / hand-outs for meetings •Assist with event and conference coordination, booking of venues, catering and restaurant reservations, as needed •Travel booking and filing monthly expense claims using SAP Concur •Filing of meeting minutes and maintenance of media and shareholder contacts through our CRM tool Siebel •Preparation and maintenance of distribution lists for press releases and other mailings •Traditional and social media monitoring and clippings filing •Website maintenance and updates •General administrative duties (telephone service, filing of documents, preparation of individual letters etc.) Requirements: For this challenging position we are looking for a reliable, service oriented, committed and diligent person. Ideally, you will have completed a commercial education or have prior work experience as a communications or marketing assistant within the financial services industry. Alternatively, you may have recently graduated with a marketing or communications degree and be looking for your first step into a communications role. Furthermore, you are a native English speaker and possess solid working knowledge of MS Office suite. You are an organizational talent who is able to work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. If, in addition to the above, you have a creative mind-set and good writing skills, then you may well be the person that we are looking for. German language skills are favourable, but not required.
