Would you like to work for a high profile international organisation using your language skills in central London working as an Administrative Officer?

This role is an ongoing, part-time temp-contract for a period of 6 months to cover maternity leave. You will work two days per week, 9am - 6pm, ideally Thursdays and Fridays (with flexibility).

Start date 1st of March until 31st of August (A handover will take place during the 14th,15th,21st and 22nd February)

Required qualities:

5+ years experience within an office based administrative role

Well presented

Strong verbal and written English and French skills are essential for the role

You will be trustworthy with a high level of discretion and a strong work ethic.

Pay rate flexible between £11-£14 per hour, depending on experience.

Dress code: Smart Casual

Duties:

  • Handling financial and administrative reports that require preparing regularly. Expenses once a month.

  • Administration of company database (CRM) (Up to date with contacts).

  • Will report to the MD. No direct contact with Monaco, purely admin.

  • Also manage office supplies stock and placing orders.
