Private PA with fluent French

This UHNW family are looking for a PA to work alongside their other PA supporting philanthropic interests as well as helping run the Art foundation, various properties in all corners of the globe and generally facilitating the family. Ideally the individual should have mother tongue English but it is essential that the PA has fluent spoken and written French (you will be tested!) This is a once in the lifetime opportunity for a private PA with 2-3 years plus who want to experience a new and exceptional challenge.

This amazing role will offer you the opportunity to travel to the other properties and liaise closely with other PA's who support other family members. As a Private PA you will need to be highly organised, discreet, grounded, humble and not 'star struck' as the current PA fits all this criteria and they want to find someone equally 'humble' with no attitude but a real 'can do' attitude. If you love providing support (it could be making tea one minute and flying off to LA the next!) and enjoy building relationships you will fit right in.

You do not need to have been a private PA before to accomplish this role but you must of course have French! You may have a few years experience but as long as you have good IT skills, a great attitude, total flexkibility (it is definitely not for clock watchers or prima donnas) and the desire to provide excellent, high level support.

You will be fully involved in all aspects of the family life and no two days will be the same so you must be down to earth and energetic and be good at working as part of a team. A sense of humour, total loyalty and an interest in people and their various interests will be key. This is a fantastic role and will give the right candidate an exciting role with the chance to travel the world and experience different cultures. Personality is key for this role and it is not for job hoppers as the family will expect loyalty rather than someone who is looking to switch jobs every year!
