An exciting new role within a prestigious Professional services company who are looking for a highly organised and proactive PA who will be reporting directly to the Global Brand Director within marketing. The company is based in Surrey with a 50/50 split between travel to London and Guildford., so it is essential that you are accessible to both this location and the City, the role will be split between these two locations.

The successful individual will be providing effective secretarial, administration and support to the director of group. The role is highly demanding and will be diverse, so it is vital that the individual is about to respond in an accurate and efficient way to any given task. You will be managing all e-mails on behalf of the Brand Director; you will be solely responsible for the compilation and preparation of the presentation for all Power Point materials.

A strong record of diary and travel arrangements both within the UK and abroad will be highly desirable, you will be the key point of both internal and external contacts liaising with the senior management team. It is vital that you have experience with facilitation of invoice payments along with typing and preparing reports.
It is important that you are PC literate in all MS Office packages, along with excellent typing skills. You should have experience with dealing with senior members and a proven PA experience at senior and board level, ideally within a marketing environment. Your attention to detail should be exceptional and be able to take on any delegated tasks in the absence of the Brand Director.

The successful candidate will be able to remain calm under pressure, be resilient and have a both excellent organizational skills and communication skills. It is vital to be able to maintain a high degree of discretion and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information, representing the company with the highest level of professionalism.
