My client, a large manufacturing organisation based in South Yorkshire are currently seeking a Part Time Receptionist to receive and direct all visitors and callers to the business, in a professional and friendly manner. Maintain a busy switchboard efficiently. Admin support throughout the site as and when required.

The main duties are as follows:

Reception:


* Ensure that all reception duties are dealt with in a positive and professional manner
* Attending to all visitors and ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed by visitors
* Operate a multi-line switchboard
* Dealing effectively with all internal and external callers and using the paging system as required
* Receive and sign for mail/parcels received
* Setting up of refreshments for visitors in reception
* Ensuring that there are sufficient stocks at all times
* Ensuring that the reception area is maintained in a clean, tidy fashion
* Ownership of the boardroom, completion of live daily handover sheet
* Completion of stationary order

General Administration duties:

* Maintain an up to date telephone list/movement sheet for the site and distribute accordingly
* Provide ad-hoc typing/ administration service to the PA, Exec team, Category Board and Executive Board as and when required

Working hours are 12:45 - 17:00, Monday - Friday.

Successful applicants will have previous work experience working as a Receptionist, have strong communicational skills and a good administration skill set.
