£35,000- £37,000 per annum + Benefits Package

We are seeking an experienced Operations Controller to join a fast paced and professional environment based in Canary Wharf to start immediately.

The Role

You will be working closely with the Service Line Operations Director, to provide a range of financial and operational support to assist a business of 250 professional services staff. Your duties will include;

• The facilitation of a range of operational, financial and administrative processes supporting all aspects of client projects from sales pursuit to project closedown, as well as the monitoring of weekly business performance
• CRM system management: challenging data quality whilst being a super-user
• Key contact for end to end operational processes involved in the engagement lifecycle
• Cover for Operations Director as and when required

The Candidate

The successful Operations Controller will have previous relevant experience in operational or administration within a client driven professional environment and possess strong system skills on Microsoft IT packages. You will have excellent communication and be highly numerate.
