I am working on a very exciting new role working for a rapidly expanding international organization based in stunning new offices in Victoria, who are looking for a dynamic PA to join their developing team. This is a fantastic organization to join at a very important time of growth for them. They are a positive and team orientated, welcoming environment.
The Role
The role will be supporting at Executive level within their energy division so the ideal candidate will have a knowledge of this industry, although it is not essential. You will be extremely organised, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
Duties include:
You will be flexible to the varying demands of the executives within the company, and willing to adapt to a changing company who will enable you to grow with them. You will have previous experience at a similar level, be competent with Microsoft Office suite, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
This is an excellent opportunity for a professional and level-headed PA, to work for a highly reputable company within their industry.

- Complex diary management, both business and personal
- Organising multi-stop international travel and Visa’s
- Coordinating board and management meetings including creating presentations, minute taking and booking venues
- Providing cover for other PA’s as and when required
