Front of House Team Leader- Sociable Financial and Business Consultants- 27K- West End!

Are you a skilled Receptionist looking for a fresh challenge? KMK are extremely excited to be working with a super sociable Actuarial and Business Consultancy firm who are seeking a FOH Team Leader to join their organisation!

The main duties of this role are to support the FOH team in the smooth running of the client suite. You will be responsible for assisting with the coordination of all meeting room bookings, cleaning meeting rooms, maintaining meeting room supplies, meeting and greeting clients, and providing clients with 5*  assistance. Along with this you will supervised three FOH team members and training new members of temporary staff.

Another important element of this role is to work from within the main client service kitchen, booking outside caterers, maintain adequate stocks of cutlery/glassware, monitor stock control, monitor stock control and purchasing of beverages.

It is really important that you are perceptive, confident and bring a positive attitude to the workplace as well as a great sense of humour!
