My client, a well-known brand, based in the heart of central London, is looking for a superstar PA to join their team! This PA role requires a real self-starter, able to manage up and ensure her day-to-day life of their Exec is managed seamlessly!

This traditional PA role involved all aspects of support from managing a complex and busy diary, to full control of the inbox, ensuring pertinent information is flagged and your Exec gets to where she is needed and when. You will be the eyes and ears for the department so should have close attention to detail and be someone who is always 3 steps ahead! You will need to flag information, have documents prepared and be able to think for your Exec in a partnership style role! Youi should also be willing to muck-In and a strong team player willing to assist the wider team if needed.

This brilliant role requires an experienced PA who is used to managing-up in a thick skinned but likeable way. You will have personality, a great attitude and be able to build trust quickly through delivering. The ideal candidate will be a capable, strong and likeable PA who wants to act as a right hand person to their Exec.
