Graduate Team Assistant - PR and Marketing

A truly exciting opportunity, our client - a superb London landmark, is keen to hire a proactive Team Assistant with excellent communication skills to join their collaborative team. 

A superstar Team Assistant, your ability to manage multiple diaries will be key. Being the ultimate gatekeeper for your team, you'll help to maintain the company's innovative image and assist with their aims to meet tight deadlines and projects. 

Set in a stunning South London location, you'll be supporting a small team including the Communications Manager and the Marketing team. A varied role with lots of opportunities to get involved with exciting projects, responsibilities will include:

• Screening calls for the PR and Marketing team
• Managing diaries and travel
• Process expenses and invoices
• Drafting press releases and newsletters
• Monitoring the press inbox
• Assisting with media campaigns

This client are keen to see candidates with at least 6-12 months experience of supporting within at office environment. Ideally you will be degree-level educated and able to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly as you will be liaising with various stakeholders both internal and external.
