Responsibilities will include:

• Diary/calendar management
• Coordinating extensive travel arrangements
• Scheduling internal and external meetings
• Gatekeeping for the team

You will be a confident and clear communicator who is able to juggle multiple priorities and enjoys responsibility. Prior experience as a trading floor assistant is essential, along with demonstrable examples of scheduling complex travel and the flexibility to look after a wider team of direct reports.  

Paying a salary equivalent upwards of £50k+, hours are 8am – 6pm. Initially a 12 month contract, this client want longevity, and are therefore only seeking who are looking to build a long term future. Perks include a subsidised onsite gym. Ideally you will be immediately available or on no longer than 4 weeks’ notice to be considered for this role.
