- Processing wholesale customer orders
- Interacting with our sales team to resolve any issues in our wholesale business
- Monitoring and liaising with our logistics/warehouse staff ensuring that the physical aspects of our service meet our brand standards
- Ensuring inhouse stock system is correct and up to date daily
- Processing and managing stock returns.
- Processing inbound inventory – to include all necessary paperwork
- Managing internal stock movements
- Producing weekly stock reports to inform the company globally
- Managing annual stock takes and intermediate cycle counts
- Articulate
- Out-going
- Able to deal with customer queries via email
- Take responsibility for stock management within the business.
- Enthusiastic
- Able to multi task and able to prioritise tasks
- 9am – 6pm
- 20 days holiday
