TRAVELLING PRIVATE PA

A once in lifetime opportunity has arisen for a pro-active, switched on, energetic, enthusiastic, gritty candidate to support this very high net worth individual, focussing on their personal life. I am looking for an up and coming PA, someone who thrives on a challenge, who is committed to their career and not afraid of hard work. The hours can be long; for periods of time, you will be travelling world-wide (mainly LA), but that said the scope of the work that you will be exposed to will make you a high-flyer. You will be managing the person's diary and inbox, overseeing the running of the household with the large live-in staff, liaising with the pilot and private jet crew, personal shopping and securing unusual items and organising numerous events from the intimate to the large scale charitable. You need to be superb at organising (attention to detail is paramount), good at multi-tasking and not fazed by the VIPs and celebrities that you will be in contact with on a daily basis. Awesome role!
